Applying to study with us is really easy. For the majority of our qualifications, you will apply online via our application portal. Here’s how that works:

1. Find a course to study

2. Click ‘Apply now’ on the course page

3. Create an application account

4. Complete the application form

5. We’ll let you know when we’ve received your application

6. Undertake a short interview (not relevant to all courses)

7. We’ll make you an offer

8. Keep in touch

9. Enrol

10. Get started

Apprenticeships

There are two ways that you can apply for an Apprenticeship through The Sheffield College:

1. Apply directly for a live vacancy

2. Apply to an Apprenticeship Standard and find an employer yourself – we can then set the employer up to deliver Apprenticeships

Courses delivered by The Skills Network

If you are applying for one of our short courses that are delivered by The Skills Network, you will do so via their website https://sheffcol.theskillsnetwork.com/

Simply:

1. Find what you want to study and click 'View course'

2. Click ‘Add course to basket’

3. Click on your basket and register your details

4. Click ‘Continue to secure checkout’ and pay

5. You will now be emailed enrolment details
